The uptick in sold activity here was helped along by the auction at Audubon Park, a 53 unit luxury building.  Several hundred bidders registered and the remaining 35 units sold in 1 hour.  Bids started at around 50% of original asking price. On average units were bid up to within 72% of last asking price.

Compared to 2009:

- Median price is steady at $323,025. Median price per square foot down 3.3% to $504.80

- Time on the market before going under agreement: Down from 69 days to 63 days.

- Available inventory comparable to last year

 - Units sold up 10.64% to 156.
